Last week the Minnesota Community Health Worker Alliance held their Annual Sustainable Plan Meeting Update. Each workgroup shared progress made over the past year, highlighted key accomplishments, and discussed priorities and planned activities for the next 12 months. It was an opportunity to learn about ongoing efforts to expand and strengthen the CHW workforce in Minnesota, connect with stakeholders from across the state, and identify ways to get involved in advancing the roadmap’s goals.
