Minnesota Statewide Rural CHW Conference 2026 MNCHWA GROUP Registration

Register to attend the MN Statewide Rural CHW Conference as part of the Minnesota Community Health Worker Alliance.

Use this option if you are purchasing multiple conference tickets for your organization or team.

How it works:

1. Add to Cart: Indicate the number of registration vouchers needed (“+”), then click “Add to Cart”.
2. Checkout: Enter your billing details and the basic information (first name, last name, company, and email) for each attendee.
3. Voucher Delivery: Once payment is processed, each attendee will receive an email with a unique voucher code.
4. Activation: Attendees must use their unique code to complete their individual registration.

Note: This process helps MNCHWA and participating organizations accurately manage and secure conference attendee lists.

If you are a CHW and are a part of or would like to be a part of the Registry to access a discounted rate please either log-in to your Registry account and update your information or create your Registry profile.

If you are creating a CHW Registry profile for the first time you can ignore the prompt to purchase further Registry access as the sign-up fee for this conference includes that cost as well.
