Thank you for attending the 1st Annual Minnesota Community Health Worker Day Proclamation Celebration! It was a day of fun, laughter, good energy, solidarity, and peer networking. We loved seeing you there and appreciate that you took time away from your busy day to celebrate this CHW professional milestone with us. A special thank you to those who drove hours to join us. We know it took extra time and coordination for you to attend, and we hope the event was fun and enjoyable for all. Minnesota Community Health Worker Day Proclamation was accompanied by Proclamation Resolutions from St. Paul City Council and presented on July 28, 2026. Minneapolis City Council also supported us with a Proclamation Resolution for the same day, with which we look forward to being presented in August 2026. These achievements are to celebrate CHWs across Minnesota, even if you could not join us for the celebration. Thank you again for the care and compassion you exude through the work you do!
